Set across two levels, this Tel Aviv duplex was designed by Maya Sheinberger to balance open, contemporary living with the needs of everyday family life. The main floor brings together the kitchen, living area and primary suite, while the lower level creates a more intimate family zone with the children’s bedroom, study and additional living space. Natural oak flooring sets a warm foundation for contrasting elements of smoked oak, white iron and stone. In the kitchen, dark cabinetry is paired with a bright central island, while a custom-designed TV wall combines intricate woodwork, open shelving and concealed storage as a defining feature of the living area. Large windows connect the interiors to the surrounding garden and bring natural light deep into the home. Across both floors, natural materials and carefully integrated storage soften the minimalist architecture, creating a relaxed family home with a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.
