Designed by Maya Sheinberger as a vacation home for a London-based client, this 120 sqm apartment is located in a residential building along Tel Aviv’s beachfront promenade, with panoramic Mediterranean views defining the interior. Originally built in the 1990s, the apartment underwent a complete renovation and a new internal layout, including an additional guest room. The original stone flooring was preserved and polished, while everything else was redesigned around a soft palette of sand tones, warm neutrals and natural wood. The open living area was intentionally kept light and understated, allowing the sea to remain the focal point. A minimal white kitchen forms a quiet backdrop to the dining area, while existing window benches were fitted with custom cushions to create additional seating for family gatherings or sunset drinks. Bespoke details continue throughout the private spaces, from handmade wood flooring in the primary bedroom to multifunctional guest-room cabinetry and a custom solid-walnut bathroom vanity. The result is a calm, contemporary Tel Aviv vacation apartment designed to frame the view rather than compete with it.
