Maya Sheinberger redesigned the apartment around the homeowners’ daily life, creating a warm, minimalist interior with an emphasis on thoughtful space planning, smart storage and natural materials. The new layout includes a relocated kitchen centered around a generous island, alongside custom carpentry that integrates storage, a concealed coffee nook and a double-sided unit serving both the living area and bedroom. A hidden service area accommodates laundry, appliances and household essentials while maintaining the home’s clean, uncluttered character. Oak parquet, walnut veneer and a soft neutral palette create warmth and continuity throughout the home, complemented by integrated smart home technology. From the open living space to the boutique-inspired bedroom and bathrooms, every element combines functionality, comfort and understated minimalism.
