Maya Sheinberger designed the apartment as a warm, contemporary family home, balancing clean architectural lines with natural materials and soft, understated colors. The layout is organized into two distinct wings: an open living, kitchen and dining area facing a large urban balcony, and a private wing containing the bedrooms and family bathroom. Custom-designed elements include a modular iron and blackened oak bookcase, a concealed pantry integrated into the kitchen cabinetry, and a low concrete partition defining the primary bedroom. Smoked oak herringbone flooring, natural stone, blackened iron, stainless steel and warm wood create a cohesive material palette throughout. A mix of contemporary, classic and subtly industrial elements gives the home its distinctive character, while generous windows and two balconies bring natural light and a sense of openness into the interior.
